Fishing in Qatar “likes” : how to advertise on Facebook?

Recently I’ve had a lot of problems with online advertising, especially on Facebook, so I thought I’d share some of the behind-the-scenes tidbits that we’ve done on ictQATAR. It seems like everyone has a Facebook page these days. In Qatar, every day there are about 200000 users over the age of 18 into the network, many business owners and organizations are shifting their advertising costs, so that you can in a very precise way provide enterprise information at low cost. In fact, according to ComScore, Facebook has an average of 9.11 billion ads per month, twice the number of yahoo ads. We’ve also started a brand advertising tour on Facebook and learned one or two things in the past year.

Determine the type of advertising and cost structure.

To increase your fan base through advertising, you have a few options – you can use standard marketing or investment sponsorship stories. Standard ads are your bread and butter – they will point to your page and allow users to “like” it. The “sponsorship story” will be displayed on the right side of the screen and will be dedicated to the fans’ friends. The idea is that if a good friend of mine likes a page, I should think about it too. This AD method USES frequent Posting to your fan page and is created when one of your fans likes your post. The key to success here is keeping your position regular and engaged.

The goal of your AD campaign should be to drive as many fans as possible with the lowest possible cost. The combination of the two languages is good, but it limits what you can say. Ideally, give users a reason to like your web page, “like us, you’ll hear the latest technology from other people.”

One of the many useful features of Facebook’s advertising platform is the ability to position your AD in a niche market. On Facebook, you can position yourself by location, age, keywords, and many other criteria. The advantage of Facebook ads is that they are very cheap to run. Through testing, we found that ads targeted at women with femininity were better than those targeting two gender ads.

Optimize your resources.

Publishing relevant and engaging content at the same time as branding campaigns is an important part of your strategy and will bring you the greatest return on investment. Release regularly – at least once a day, ask questions, make controversial statements, and, most importantly, remember that social media is not a monologue, it’s a community discussion. Some apply to our strategy including available post in the audience, which usually means at the weekend and after 3 PM, and if possible keep short posts and use the photos. In fact, photographs produce the highest levels of interaction, and we attribute them to the fact that they are easy to relate to. Many of our posts end with problems, and people like to share their opinions and often increase their participation.

As with any marketing campaign, the key to success is testing and measurement. Monitor daily traffic, display times and clicks are only half the battle. To really make a timely adjustment, you can profit from online advertising revenue.
